1 14.5oz Can of Petite Diced Tomatoes
2 TBSP Neutral Oil, split (we prefer avocado)
2 TSP Ground Cumin
1 TBSP Flour
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
1 8oz Bag of Shredded Cheese
1 20oz Bag of Frozen Tater Tots
